LINDA AND YOGA
I became interested in yoga almost a decade ago and over the years my practice has included various styles of yoga.
I teach Hatha yoga which is a relaxing form of yoga, under the British Wheel of Yoga, and regularly practice Ashtanga yoga which is an energetic style of yoga which builds stamina, strength and flexibility. In Spring 2007, I visited the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India to deepen my experience and knowledge of yoga.
I adapt my teaching to meet the needs of all my students and bring aspects from each of the different schools of yoga into my classes as appropriate.
