LINDA HOWARD YOGA

Yoga is a practice which developed in India thousands of years ago. Yoga recognises that the body and mind are linked together and uses postures, breathing techniques and relaxation practices to benefit the body and the mind.

I hold classes in the Halifax, West Yorkshire area, as well as tuition on a one-to-one basis and also to small groups.

I adapt my teaching to meet the needs of all my students and bring aspects from each of the different schools of yoga into my classes as appropriate.
